By using our software, you may submit content. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Grid a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content.

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of Grid's software. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: unauthorized access, data mining, interference with the proper functioning of our software, and any activity that violates applicable laws.

7. Termination / Cancellation

Grid reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our software and services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Canceling the 12 month Launch contract will result in a $200 cancellation fee. Canceling a monthly subscription will result in termination of service at the end of the billing period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Grid's software and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

Grid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Changes to Terms

Grid may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
